“ I cannot express enough how amazing this experience was. First, our server, Patrick, was outstanding, he was incredibly knowledgeable about both wine and food, which elevated our entire evening. Second, the ambience was intimate and inviting, something that’s become increasingly rare in the “new” St. Pete dining scene. And the food... oh my god. This place clearly isn’t just about turning a profit,there’s true passion behind every dish. We've been burned by so many of the trendy, short-lived spots that pop up and fade away, but this was something else entirely. The menu is small, but every single item we tried was better than anything we've had in a very long time. You're genuinely doing yourself a disservice if you don't try this place. It's a rare gem. ”

“ Fantastic farm to table with local and transparent sourcing. Don’t expect run of the mill low quality food restaurant pricing, it is a very fair value for the top tier ingredients. Entire menu is thoroughly labeled and informative from dietary restrictions to ingredients used - for someone who likes to vote with your dollar, this is a perfect dining option. No seed oils, refined sugar or gluten at all in this establishment. Unique drink menu also accommodating to intentional lifestyle cuisine. Staff is very attentive and informed. The ambiance is great for date night or gathering where conversation is desired as the setting is comfortable and calm background music to allow for easy conversing. Definitely try and make a reservation on weekends as Saturday night is guaranteed to be fully sat as it’s an intimate space. We’re new to the area and will for sure be making this a regular spot in our dining out rotation! Thank you for providing a clean culinary experience, a rarity and genuinely appreciated! ”

“ We really enjoyed our dinner here. The restaurant is small and they have limited seating indoors so we had to sit outside. It was raining to start but stopped and turned into a very pleasant evening. The prefix meals a great option if you want to try multiple items. The mushroom mistake was quite good sweet potato gnocchi was also really delicious. The desserts are really decadent if you are in the mood and homemade. The portions are small and it is expensive but it’s good quality food. ”

“ Hands down one of my favorite restaurants to go to!! I have been to this restaurant two times with my boyfriend and we have absolutely LOVED it both times. The food is absolutely INCREDIBLE and truly top of the line ingredients. They don’t use any seed oils, no refined sugars, organic ingredients, and the best grass fed/finished beef and butter which I love. The menu is not too hefty which is nice when making a decision. You can tell they rotate the menu throughout the seasons which means they are intentional about maintaining fresh, quality ingredients. They also have meal options for a variety of diets which is so special. We’ve had a variety of dishes and each one has absolutely knocked our socks off and left us stunned. The only thing that is better than the food is the people/service. The owners are truly some of the kindest people we’ve met and they make it a point to provide top of the line service while still maintaining genuine conversations with the guests. One of the owners even remembered us from the year prior! You can tell that they absolutely love what they do and you can really taste the love in the food. This is a restaurant that we will consistently come back to every time we are in town and I would recommend it to anyone that is in the area!! “ I was a little worried that it seemed crowded inside but it really didnt feel claustrophobic at all. The service was spectacular, we had, i believe the owner as our server, so no surprise there! The main star though was absolutely the food. Every bite felt like heaven and i dont say that lightly. Even the mocktail I got was delicious, as well as the vegan carbonara and orange italian cake. I love how many plant based options they had for me while still accomodating my boyfriend and best friend who are both meat eaters. It also ended up being way less than i was expecting. Dont get me wrong, it was by no means a cheap meal but it felt appropriately priced for the quality. Overall, i highly reccommend this place for any special occasion, especially if you have dietary issues! ”

The service was outstanding, and Patrick made the evening even more memorable with his warm personality and enthusiasm. The drink selection was creative and fun, adding to the overall experience. Whether you're vegetarian or not, this place has something for everyone. We left feeling so fulfilled—both in body and spirit. “ As someone adjusting to a gluten free diet, I was thrilled to try Sol. The staff is fantastic and goes above & beyond. We enjoyed some tasty sangrias and mussels for an appetizer. The lasagna was out of this world amazing. Probably better than some gluten versions. The brown butter sea bass was also delicious! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! ”

“ We always have such a great time. Last night we celebrated our 15 year anniversary. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was great! We arrived early and we were seated right away. We love the cozy environment paired with the delicious flavors of all of the food. We had house salads, vegan mushroom bruschetta, vegan mushroom steak, tuna steak, and the Italian orange cake. ”
